Una gran experiencia con Tommy Car Rental. Pasamos unos días en Tenerife y teníamos problemas en conseguir alquilar un coche al tener menos de 22 años el conductor. Contactamos con Tommy y nos consiguió un coche a un precio razonable ya que el seguro tenía que ser más caro. Siempre estuvo pendiente en todo momento de ofrecernos un gran servicio. Devo dire che ho trovato estrema gentilezza e disponibilità e anche ottimi consigli, sia per il noleggio auto con indicazione di percorsi per le escursioni, ottimo anche l escursione in barca, tutto preciso e sempre a disposizione abbiamo avuto anche un piccolo problemino che hanno risolto brillantemente!!! Erg goede ervaring! We zijn er heen gelopen en werden direct geholpen. Wij wilde graag een quad huren. Ondanks onze jongere leeftijd dan toegestaan mochten we toch een quad huren. De man was erg vriendelijk en we werden prima geholpen. We zijn naar de quad zaak gebracht en daar werd alles heel goed geregeld. Wij hebben een hele leuke dag gehad en geen problemen ervaren! ~ Iris V

Tommy is een top verhuurder,we kregen een splinternieuwe wagen mee zonder waarborg te moeten betalen. Alles werd heel goed uitgelegd en we kregen zelfs een roadmap mee om de uitstap te regelen. Ook de scooter die 2 andere mensen meekregen was in topconditie. Dus ik zou zeker dit bedrijf aanraden. Jammergenoeg kan ik maar 5 sterren geven maar hij verdient er zeker 10!! ~ Diego V

Tommy Trips est une entreprise extrêmement fiable avec une service hors pair. Tom est très à l’écoute des clients et sa réactivité est très rapide. Il a réussi à nous trouver un véhicule pour notre famille de 6. Il est poli et courtois. Les prix sont raisonnables et la voiture nous a été livrée directement à notre lieu de séjour. I saw an ad for Tommy Trips late in the evening and needed a last minute (automatic) car rental because the initial company I contacted ran out of available cars. I received an instant response to my WhatsApp message with affordable options and full insurance. After quoting the price for a cheaper car, I received an update that I could upgrade for free to much nicer Audi convertible. (This was very much appreciated, as I've seen other companies either cancel their quote or charge more when their availability became limited.) The pick-up/drop-off experience was very easy. They brought the car directly to my hotel. I just had to send a picture of where I parked it nearby and leave the keys with my hotel reception, so I was not rushed coming back to meet anyone. ~ Anna M

Wir haben bei Tommy Trips zweimal ein Auto gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Spontan haben wir uns auch noch für ein Whale Watching Ausflug entschieden, bei Tommy Trips wurde uns ein sehr schöner Ausflug empfohlen. Zudem hatten wir sehr viel Glück und konnten sogar eine Wasserschildkröte an uns vorbeischwimmen sehen. Angebote und auch Preisleisting einfach top! Vielen Dank für deine Angebote. ~ Eric

I recently took the Tommy half day excursion to Mount Teide. It was well worth the money as it lasted most of the day. On the way there we had 2 hour long comfort/snack breaks on the twisting road from the south & on the way back headed west to Los Gigantes then south again so we certainly saw a lot of the countryside. The guide on the bus was most informative & fluent in English, French & German. When Tommy in Puerto Colon heard my reason for taking the Teleférico this time, he was most empathetic & very kind, giving me coffee & sweets on my return. From the caldera my husband & I had climbed to the summit of El Teide on Noche Viejo 1999 & brought in el Año Nuevo at midnight 2000 🍇 🍷. I would certainly recommend this trip & this company. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ~ Alison A

The car we rented for 2 people was great (new Pegeuot 208). All good and I appreciated Tom found a car for us (delivered to our hotel at Playa Paraiso) although I called him just the night before. Messages and telephone calls were all clear (and polite). There was a bit of stress in the morning when we were waiting the car at 11am and we received a phone call exactly that time saying that the car was not available and we were asked if we could do automatic (instead of manual we had asked for). All good in the end. As general comment for car rental in Tenerife (not applicable to Tommy, as we contacted various companies before him), it needs patience to get a car and things might change the last minute with your booking.. ~ Panos P

Super goed!! Wij hebben 5 dagen de kia Rio gehuurd en het was geweldig. De communicatie met de eigenaar 'tom' was echt super. Gewoon alles in het Nederlands en eerlijke prijzen. Auto werd gebracht bij ons hotel en we konden de auto parkeren op een free parking en daar werd hij weer opgehaald. Als u een auto wil huren op tenerife dan raad ik echt tommy aan 👌🏼. ~ Wouter F

Tommy is the best point of contact you would wish from a car rental company. 1. We went to asked Tommy for the same day car rental when all of the car rental website offers ridiculous prices. His cars are all rented but managed to use his personal connection to get me a car in 1 hour with good price. 2. During the rental, he provide us great information over WhatsApp, including navigation to car return and live support. 3. Post rental, he helped us immediately in dealing with any query on deposit and help us liaise with his partnered shop to get it solved effectively. We can’t rate this shop any higher. Compare to other large car rental giants, I would highly recommend partnering with great Tenerife local business like this. ~ Chen B

Tommy Trips ist die beste Auto-Vermietung in der Gegend und hat es auch mir und meinem Kollegen ( zu diesem Zeitpunkt beide 20 Jahre alt) möglich gemacht einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Super Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Wagen war pünktlich und in gutem Zustand am vereinbarten Ort. Nur weiterzuempfehlen👍, vorallem für Urlauber jünger als 26. 🚗 ~ Robin F

Super Nette Leute, Wir haben Spontan Morgens ein Automieten können ohne Probleme.Wir hatten innerhalb einer halben Stunde unser Auto, wir haben zudem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Ideen gezeigt bekommen und alles super erklärt bekommen. Wir konnten noch am Selben Tag das Auto abgeben auch dies war innerhalb kürzester Zeit kein Problem gewesen. Tommy war sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist aufjedenfall Weiterzuempfehlen. ~ Erik G

Recomiendo a Tommy y su servicio es espectacular. Fuimos en Skyline Cruiser y fue maravilloso, el personal es francamente encantador , el buffet de tapas es variado y de calidad y las bebidas, bueno todo lo que bebimos estaba incluido. 5 stars are not even enough !! Best rental experience we had ! Everything was so easy, car came to the hotel exactly on time that we requested with all the correct chairs for the kids, full insurance , and we just left keys at reception at the end and had no worries at all. The service we got from Tommy was more than amazing, he cares so much that customers will have the best experience and get a car that they will be comfortable with, with very good prices and options. Haben bei Tommy spontan einen Wagen gemietet. Auch um ca. 10h hat er etwas rum telefoniert und ein Fahrzeug für uns gefunden. Er selbst tritt nur als Vermittlung auf und arbeitet mit den Anbietern zusammen. Das Fahrzeug kommt dann direkt zum Hotel vom Vermieter. Der Mietvertrag selbst erfolgt dann erst. Preis Leistung ist ok. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen wenn ich in der Nähe bin. ~ Andre B
